Book a Free Fitness Assessment at Brenham CrossFit. First, we will give you a tour of our facility. Then we will answer any questions you may have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice about how our great community and caring coaches can help assist you on your path of self-improvement.
This assessment is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.
What to Expect:
First, we can chat about your fitness background, your likes and dislikes when it comes to working out, or even if you’ve never worked out in your life, you’re in the right place. Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be fit to do CrossFit?
- What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Do I have to stop eating donuts?
Next, we will go over a few movements and talk to you about our normal class structure. We can then formulate a plan together that would best suit your needs and goals.
Please wear workout clothes and athletic shoes. Expect to spend about 30 mins to an hour at the gym. Most of all, our free fitness assessment is also a great way for you to see if Brenham CrossFit is a good fit for you.
