On Ramp For New Athletes
You will have 3-5 personal training sessions utilizing CrossFit methodologies with a focus on bodyweight movements and light weight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
What to Expect
Each session a coach will guide you through the foundational movements of CrossFit and go over technique and proper range of motion for each one. You will learn our normal class structure and specific warm up movements we use most often in class. You will get sweaty and most importantly, have fun! After we both feel confident, you will then be able to join our regular CrossFit classes so that you can get the full Brenham CrossFit experience!
No prior CrossFit experience required. This is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
