CLASSES

Train 60 is all about being well-rounded with our fitness. It uses a training methodology and mindset that helps prepare athletes for whatever life throws their way. Our Train 60 workouts help athletes improve their fitness through a unique combination of functional movements, relative intensity, and a variety of duration-loading-volume-complexities. Movements can be scaled to any fitness level and can include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Train 60 will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum, but on most days athletes will train right in "the middle" for the most intensity and greatest power output! If you're looking for an exciting and challenging program... Train 60 is it.

TRAIN 30

Train 30 is efficient cardio + weight training for the whole body! It is a 30 minute class that combines rowing-biking-running and simple weight lifting movements. We can modify your workout for any skill level. Train 30 serves as the perfect option for those that are focused on conditioning, in need a quick workout, or are just getting started.

UpLift is filled with encouraging women that work hard and have fun! We utilize numerous effective cardio and weight training movements to keep our bodies guessing and our minds strong! We focus on all muscle groups and enjoy working our entire body so that we can then be our best self for our families, coworkers and friends. Child care available.

UPLIFT

BCF GO

BCF-Go is programmed for those of you that want to workout at home or when traveling! It uses minimal equipment and programs workouts that are varied, effective, and efficient! They are delivered via our community app along with two other workouts each day! Get it in anytime!

Movements can be scaled to any fitness level and can include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Train 60 will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum, but on most days athletes will train right in "the middle" for the most intensity and greatest power output!
