Our workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals.

Our Class Types

Train 60 is all about GPP (General Physical Preparedness), and GPP is all about being well-rounded and preparing for "unknown" challenges. It's a training methodology and mindset that helps prepare athletes for whatever life throws their way. Our Train 60 workouts help athletes improve their GPP through a unique combination of high-power functional movements, relative intensity, and a variety of duration-loading-volume-complexity. Movements can be scaled to any fitness level and can include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Train 60 will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum, but on most days athletes will train right in "the middle" for the most intensity and greatest power output! If you're looking for an exciting and challenging program... Train 60 is it.

TRAIN 30

Train 30 is well-rounded conditioning. Workouts typically last anywhere from 10-15 minutes and always incorporate simple yet potent movements. Train 30 combines bodyweight, rowing-biking-running, and simple weight lifting movements for each workout. Train 30 workouts will improve athlete's conditioning regardless of skill level. Train 30 serves as the perfect option if athletes are focusing on their conditioning, need a great, quick workout, or are just getting started.

UpLift is a women's resistance based training class! We incorporate fun, effective movements mixed with simple CrossFit exercises to enhance results and keep our bodies guessing! We have childcare for this class. Message us for more info.

BCF GO

BCF Go is the best High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program athletes can find at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go. And all that's really needed to get started is your Body, a pair of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope. BCF Go is designed to give athletes amazing fat-burning and muscle-building workouts 7-days a week with minimal equipment. BCF Go athletes won't need to spend hours at the gym to get the results they want. Monday through Sunday we've got it covered all the way from your warm-up and workout to your cool-down and core finisher...all in about 45 minutes or less.

TRAINED COACHES

All of our encouraging coaches are certified CrossFit Level 1 or higher. Each coach must sit through the training and pass the exam by demonstrating effective knowledge of movements and methodology.
